Get Paid For Short Sale Referrals!!!!!!!!

Attention Investors!  Now you can submit your "wasted" leads who need a short sale and earn money without having to negotiate the short sale yourself!  If your lead is in the Green Bay area, you can simply submit the information on Brittony King's (one of our fine Green Bay REA Vendors) site and she will do all the calls and forms for you while allowing you to collect credit for the referral.  You can submit that info on her site HERE.  If you have leads outside of the area, please fill out the form below with as much info as you have, and send it to the info below.

If you'd like to get the homeowner's info yourself, you can fill out the form below and scan it back to jacci@greenbayrea.com or fax to 1-877-327-8231.  The information will be sent to the professional negotiators and you will be able to track it all online to see how far they are in the process of getting the sale approved and getting you paid.

If you have a lead that is outside of the Green Bay area and you do not want to fill out the form with them, please send all the info you have to jacci@greenbayrea.com and an agent will be assigned to the case to handle it all for you.  You will still be able to track it all online and get FULL credit for the referral :0)

If you missed our October 2011 meeting, then you will need to call Jacci or follow up at one of our future meetings to learn how you can get paid and how much you can get paid for submitting these leads when you are out doing your normal "we buy houses" advertising and run across people who need a short sale.  No more throwing these leads away!  Now you can turn that advertising into CASH!
