Well, it's been a tough week for me the last 7 days, but today I am way more than thankful!  I got all my tests back (finally) and they were positive.  I do not need any additional surgery, and I am going to heal up and be fine.  Praise God for my life and my health!

I was also able to work the last 2 days and try to catch up on all that got set aside while I went through my challenge.  Business is VERY good!  Yesterday we closed on another smoking hot deal.  We stand to bring in a super substantial profit on this one, and it's truly the best deal I have made to date.  We bought a beautiful 4 bedroom, 2 bath home with a 2 car garage for $8,500.  This home will easily appraise for $110k when we are finished, and it's not even a total gut job.  After meeting with the structural engineers yesterday, the super good news is that we will probably only spend a max of $40k on the rehab!!  This is better than we thought, and their report on the structure of the home is miles better than we expected!  Hehehe God must love me :0)  I am looking forward to putting this one in my portfolio of great deals and will keep you posted on the progress of it.

We also have 4 other houses right now that are all in different stages of the process.  One, is closing next Monday to sell.  One, I am buying on Dec. 31st and likely doing a double close to sell the same day for a $20k profit (really awesome deal and still selling it at $50k below market value too!).  Another, we are just finishing up a total gut rehab that we have a cash buyer who will close in December as soon as we complete the job (likely to finish in the 2nd week of the month).  And yet another that is sold and will close on the 1st of January.

I also have some of the best coaching students ever!  One of them is finishing their first rehab in the next 2 weeks and I believe it will sell very quickly for a very nice profit :0)  They also are putting in some offers tomorrow on a couple of really great homes for their next project.  Another student has 11 short sales in the works and he is about to have a couple of them close :0)  My long distance students, who I am so proud of, are closing in on their first deal.  They lost out on a couple, but they have learned so much and come so far...I can hear their confidence by just talking with them on the phone!   I have 3 other potential new students signing on, and this is the most rewarding thing that I find myself doing these days.  Sooooooooo much to be thankful for!  I love it all, and I am having the time of my life.  It's amazing the deals that I am able to find.  I hope it never ends!  This is our biggest year financially ever!  That feels pretty good when you consider that most people are out of work or have had their salaries or hours cut.  It's nice for us not to have to worry about that.
