Jacci Konkle (Local Investor and Mentor)

I live between Green Bay and the Fox Cities of WI and have been involved in real estate since 1996 when I got the Carlton Sheets course from the informercial and bought my first rental property with no money down.  From then on, I was hooked and knew that I loved doing deals in real estate.  In 2004, I became a licensed real estate agent in IL and was part owner of a company that sold real estate by auction.  Many of our clients were real estate investors and rehabbers who had multiple properties they needed to sell quickly for top dollar.  In 2007, I moved back to the Fox Cities and began taking courses on rehabbing and flipping properties on my own.  In August of 2008, I was finally ready to just take the leap and buy a property to rehab.  I had a lot of fear because the market is not stable and I had never done it before.  I also saw a lot of the rehabbers in IL lose a TON of money.  I had always said that I would never let that happen to me.  I am a careful buyer, but so far since August of 2008, we have successfully flipped 4 properties, have 1 rehab that is half complete, and just purchased another.  In that time, I have created some great contacts, gotten some private money lenders lined up, started a REIA club, joined the Titanium level of the LIFEonaire for Real Estate Investors coaching program, and learned a LOT!  I want to share what I have learned with everybody so they don't have to do it alone or have any fears.  My husband and I own a couple of other small companies that we run from home and on the internet, but our full time focus is on our real estate business.
