Our February meeting will host investment advisor, Tony Liddle. Tony is the Director of New Business & Investor Relations for Sarkauskas & Associates in Rhinelander, WI. Tony works with individual investors and institutions in raising money to fund commercial real estate deals. He's a licensed investment advisor as well as an expert in Reg D Real Estate offerings.
Tony's extensive work with investors on real estate transactions has made him knowledgeable in the area of Self Directed IRA's. Self Directed IRA's are the vehicle used to purchase real estate deals with retirement funds.
Tony will discuss the advantages & disadvantages of Self Directed IRA's and what tactics to take and pit falls to avoid in funding a real estate deal with retirement money. He will also talk about the state of commercial real estate and the opportunities there!

The format for this meetings is:
6pm Registration and Open Networking
6:30pm Meeting starts

During our meetings, they will have free appetizers from 5-7pm and 2 for 1 drink specials all night! Come early and grab a sandwich at Big D's Bar & Grill or stay after the meeting and network over a cocktail
