Here is the link and instructions to get to the UDSA map to determine if a property is eligible for financing under the Guaranteed Rural Housing program.

On the right side under RHS Quick Links click on Income & Property Eligibility; then on next screen - left side, under Property Eligibility, click on Single Family Housing; next screen click "accept" and you're in the map.  You can either search general areas by county, or look up an exact property address.
