Guests are welcome at all of our regular meetings. The cost is $15 per person. If you decide to become a member before you leave, we will apply your guest fee toward your membership.
Members: $99 for one year OR $149 for two years in advance
We believe that families should get involved together. Therefore, if your spouse would like to join with you, there is no extra fee.

Professionals who support the many areas of real estate investing are welcome to join the group as well! Whether you are a realtor, mortgage broker, home stager, interior designer, handyman, electrician, plumber, property manager, lawyer, CPA, hard money lender, etc., we invite you to take part in our meetings and network with our members.
Vendor members are each given space on our website including a blurb, a weblink to their own site, and ad space for any coupons or discounts offered to our members. They will also get display space at our meetings, digital promotion on the slideshow during the networking at the beginning of each meeting, a spot in our email newsletter, access to all of our meetings, and more!
Charter Vendor Members can join NOW for only $249 per year.
