Steve Cook is the best, most straight forward teacher in the industry (in my opinion, of course). There is no fluff in his material, just simple "how to's". I have spent a LOT of money on the real estate "guru's" and their packages and classes, and I would highly recommend that you stay away from many of them. While there are many other great courses worth their money out their, Steve Cook is the best for learning the basics. Below, I am recommending his wholesaling and his rehabbing courses as well as his business plan template. These are the basic tools any real estate investor needs to have before getting started. All of the other topics are great and will focus on specific areas of investing and creativity in the deals, but I believe everyone should start here! ...just my 2 cents :o)
