As a coaching student, you will get the best of both worlds.  You will have the opportunity to have hands on mentoring with a local investor, local group mastermind meetings, and national coaching via phone, email and live events with Steve Cook and Shaun McCloskey!  You will receive both important elements of success here...real estate coaching AND life coaching through Steve's LIFEonaire program.  We will show you how to make the money, AND help you to design the life you want to live so it doesn't all get out of control. 

$5997 up front (returned to you over 3 deals) and $297 per month

The regular cost just to receive the coaching elements from Steve and Shaun is $7900 up front and $197 per month.  Shaun has a 4 day Short Sale Bootcamp coming up at the end of August that investors are paying $1997 to attend.  As a student of ours, you will attend for FREE!  I have spent hundreds of hours and tens of thousands of dollars learning what I need to know and making my connections to grow my team of support members that I will share openly with you.

I will meet with you on a weekly and monthly basis to develop your business plan and your vision and go over your deals.  I will also be there to hold your hand through your first 3 deals.  For that, we will split the profit on those first 3.  After that, if you still want me to be a part of it, we can continue to do a joint venture, but otherwise you are free to do them on your own and just utilize me via phone, email and our weekly mastermind meetings.  This is how I will make money for the time I am giving you.  The better the deal, the more we both make!  Therefore, we will not be wasting our time on marginal deals.  My goals are aligned with your goals; we both make money when we close deals!  However, I need to know that my time will not be wasted and unfulfilled, so there will be an up front charge of $2997 and I will give that back to you over the first 3 deals that we do together ($999 per deal will be returned to your pocket).  So basically, that $2997 is only a cost to you if you decide to join and then never do any deals.  There will also be a monthly fee of $297 to cover all of the administrative costs, all the bonuses given in this program, and to compensate Steve and Shaun for joining us.  This fee will be billed monthly and is non-refundable.  If you would like to leave the coaching program at any time, all you need to do is let me know in writing and the monthly fee will stop.  I believe that we can all grow and succeed together!
